Note to readers : Hey, guys! I'm here to (hopefully) give you some information's and heads-ups in alleged in writing a story. This may or may not have helped you gain knowledge's and ideas of what you're getting yourself into. Please be informed that whatever you're going to read here are just from the depths of my experience as a reader, a writer, an editor, a copyreader and an AB English major student. Some came from my English and writing classes but most are from my own experiences that I've gained through the years in the industry of literature. Nonetheless, it would be a great pleasure to help you in the way I know.
PS Language will be used are English and Filipino or the mix of the two.

I.               Part 1: Before Writing A Story - A Writer's Manifesto
So, holding a pen and paper does not mean you already are a writer in contrast to what most people are saying. Telling them to anyone could be a writer, true enough. But not all can be Great writing. Remember that writing is a skill, nadidiscover and naeenhance. Not resemble that inborn talent for who you are and you just need polishing needs. The two are not the same case. And to be A great writer, there are features that you need iposess.
1. Willingness. This willingness equals love for the craft. Need to I love doing to take you there. When you willingness, determined to continue doing. You love your craft and you would not be easily get rid of by simple petty things that you might encounter doing the work at hand.
2. Patience. As they say, everything has a right time. Need Thanks for patience. This patience will bring you to success when it's the right time. Another, in writing a story, you have a lot of patience for it was not so producing your work easy. Long and lengthy process especially when you're a first timer. A full-length novel that is composed of chapters 10-15 with the word length of 23000 to 24000 can take up to a month. You can also ten days if it is really energetic you. When chapters 30-40 or 50-70 chapters in turn, half year or six months it takes. That is if you're writing continously without halting. Once a year or more serving to finish a story. Therefore Confucius always remember when you are on the writing process. Patience is a virtue.
3. Hardwork. A writer's number one enemy is either writer's block or laziness. Most of the time is laziness because when you're attacked, no you already lost. Now you better get the warning and do not be lazy if you want to finish a book. As often as is habit to finish a chapter everyday. That way quickly finish the work nor magkakandabuhol crossed istroya because you do not forget what you have written that the previous chapters. You did not need to reread what's been written because if day-to-day writing, far forget. You have saved time by not rereading and you get to finish your book. How great is that, right?
4. Wide imagination. This thing will bring you to places to would not expect you'd be. Remember that people love it when they saw something unique. When the rare plot / concept of the story, for sure many will be reading it. One problem is simply when you have a wide imagination is that when you do not know where to set your boundaries. Of course, you need to get your thoughts straight though too many ideas come to mind. I suggest to write your ideas on a blank paper. When listed it all down, you just pick a best. You can put others for the idea that you have chosen but make sure that it is appropriate. First things first. Select a genre. Whenever possible, choose the genre that interests you more. You'll know what genre you want when you're always reading the same genre. When you're into reading romance then you may try writing romance. When you set your genre, pick out the appropriate ideas. Hide unused ideas because it can be used at some other time in the future.
5. Discipline . I do not know anyone who succeed without discipline. In all the thing must have discipline. We have to set our own rules and of course follow it. Discipline is within ourselves and only us can discipline ourselves. Know the labynrith of the craft we are entering. Know the rules and regulations. Do's and Don'ts.
Do you have all the writer's manifesto? If yes, you can proceed to the next article. If no, you have to turn your back and put yourself straight. Come back when you are ready to kick some ass.
